The Scenario

We got a spot right at the large bar which features a big, orange bicycle in the middle. It was pretty packed for being early afternoon on a weekday. We ordered our beers and people-watched. What is really cool about this brewery is their huge outdoor space. They have a lot of outdoor seating and dogs are welcome! The menu looked pretty delicious and we definitely would have ordered something if we didn't just eat brunch a short drive away. A huge selection of beers accompanies their selection of cocktails. What sets this brewery apart from others we've been to is their distillery. Although we didn't check it out, (we had a few more breweries to hit later on that day) they had a range of spirits and a whole separate tasting room.

The Ratings

Popcycle Blonde

D: 4/5 - Tastes like you're drinking a melted lemon raspberry popsicle in a pint glass.
K: 4.5/5 - Being the baseball coach that I am, I'm gonna go ahead and say it tastes like Gatorade Glacier Cherry which is one of my favorites!

Wit

K: 4/5 - Refreshing and spicy witbier

Cherry Lemonade Stand

K: 3.5/5 - Not too sour but you can definitely taste the sweet cherry flavor

Orange Wheat

D: 4.5/5 - Tastes like a creamsicle and I love creamsicles
K: 4.5/5 - You can definitely taste vanilla but not overpowering. A really good mixture of orange and vanilla, super unique.

Final Thoughts

D: 4/5 - I really liked OHSO. It would've been a good stop to grab a bite if we weren't so stuffed from breakfast. The outdoor patio was a nice option for a sunny day. The beer was very unique and the flavor of Orange Wheat was sooo good. I definitely recommend this place.

K: 4.5/5 - I loved this place. What made it stand out for me was the beer and the beer selection. Liking unfiltered wheat beers, this place did not disappoint. From the Wit to the Popcycle Blonde to the Cherry Lemonade Stand, these beers were legit. The vibe and decor were also on point. One of my favorite breweries in AZ.
